From visual storytelling, to product and project images to generating future marketing content, professional photography is an essential part of your successful events!

How Event Photography Shoots Work

First, we will conduct a complimentary events consult to determine their budget, answer any questions and learn about their industry and brand needs, audience, ideas on location, studio, props, etc. We also cover usage license, contract, and model release.

Day of Session – Balance is paid before the session by CC or cash. A model release signed and Print release if desired. FYI-Public events do not require releases.

A walkthrough of the location is conducted, if available, to determine the setup, lighting, and equipment needed.

Then, the invoice is sent and half of the deposit is due upon receipt of the contract to secure a date, location, and time before the Event Session.

Throughout, I will be available through cell or email to discuss details of the session, answer any questions, and make suggestions for props, outfit selections, etc. 

After the session is completed, images are uploaded into a Proof Gallery for viewing, selecting favorites, and making edit requests.

Upon selection of images and completion of edits, High Res and Low Res files are uploaded to Gallery for the client to download with a password.
